Report Types

Google Workspace keeps detailed reports on a number of different metrics.

Reports Overview

The Reports Overview section is a section in the Admin Console that contains reports of different types. These include reports on the status of accounts, user activity, and the amount of storage being used, along with details on file sharing and and login metrics.

Detailed Reports

For more detailed reports, the Reporting section has sections for Apps, Costs, Users, Devices, Email logs, and Carbon Footprint. There is also a link to the audit and investigation tool here.

Clicking into any of these reports will bring up a more detailed report on the topic. Many reports allow for filtering and customization, such as setting a date range, as well as the option to download the report.
