# Reporting and Auditing

Reports and Audits can be accessed by Admins and Power Users through the Egnyte UI. Admins can restrict Power Users to only see reports on content they have access to, or allow them to see reports on all folders. 

### Generating pre-saved Reports

Reports are generated in the Reports section of the Egnyte UI. There are 15 available reports saved in Egnyte.

### Saving and scheduling reports

Specific criteria can be selected to save custom reports.  They can also be automatically generated on a specified schedule. When the reports are scheduled on a recurring basis, reports generated over 30 days ago will be automatically saved to the Archive folder.&#x20;

Reports and audit activity over 90 days old are automatically purged.&#x20;
