Admins can restrict Power Users to only see reports on content they have access to, or allow them to see reports on all folders. ### Generating pre-saved Reports Reports are generated in the Reports section of the Egnyte UI. There are 15 available reports saved in Egnyte.

### Saving and scheduling reports Specific criteria can be selected to save custom reports. They can also be automatically generated on a specified schedule. When the reports are scheduled on a recurring basis, reports generated over 30 days ago will be automatically saved to the Archive folder. Reports and audit activity over 90 days old are automatically purged.
